Fifty Road Cascade is a Talus Ribbon Cascade. Its height is 10 metres (33 feet) and its width is 1.2 metres (4 feet). It collects water from farmers’ fields and ditches at the top of the falls, and experiences its strongest flow during peak storm events and during the winter snow melt.
History
Fifty Road Cascade was discovered by Joe Hollick in 2007.
How to get there
Fifty Road Cascade is located on the east side of Fifty Road above the Bruce Trail cross-over and near the top of the escarpment. Its waters carry down a ravine to two culverts which cross under
Fifty Road.
