Centennial Falls is is located on a tributary of Battlefield Creek. It is considered a Terraced Ribbon Cascade and experiences its strongest flow during seasonal storms and after the winter snow melt.
Centennal Falls is 10 metres (33 feet) high. It has a crest width of 1.8 metres (6 feet) but can widen to 4 metres (13 feet).
History
Centennial Falls was “discovered” by Nadeem Paracha in 2005.
How to get there
To reach it, take the QEW to Centennial Parkway and follow it to the escarpment. Centennial Falls is located on the west side of the road at the first ravine as you go up the escarpment.
