The volunteers will be lighting up Sherman Falls on Sunday February 25th, 2018. Lights will go on from approximately 6:25 PM to 7:25 PM.
There is an HCA parking lot on Artaban Road. Lion’s Club Road is signed No Parking. Car pool if possible. Bring a few dollars to support the HCA ($2 an hour for parking). The parking lot says the gates close at sunset but I have contacted the HCA and they will leave the gates open for us.
Sherman Falls is on private property and the owner has allowed the Bruce Trail to keep the trail open. Please respect the property owners wishes and do not climb or allow your children to climb the sides of the ravine or the waterfall. Please note that the trail from Sherman Falls to Canterbury Falls was closed a few years ago.
Be safe! The City Of Waterfalls, the HCA, the Bruce Trail Association and/or the City Of Hamilton are not responsible for your safety. Only YOU are responsible for your safety. Proper footwear is strongly recommended.
