This might bore the heck out of you, confuse you or hopefully educate you on what happens behind the scenes on the internet!!
The attached screen shot is how google is looking at our website and what it is doing.
The huge spike is because of all the new content that we are uploading via a new sitemap and basically a whole new language and platform that we are using.
This is great news, what it basically means is that google knows what is going on and is sending its bots to look at the new site.
This will go down as it starts to index each page, basically as a page changes we can ask google to come see it and then index it on their servers.
We also have a new sitemap installed which handles all of this automatically for us as well.
The ” meat and potatoes” as I describe it so to speak!!!
For you the end user, I hope this gives you an insiders look at how webmasters do things behind the scenes 🙂
Remember, ALWAYS use our landing page to start your search around our website as the old one will be deleted shortly, but it will “hang around” in cyberspace awhile before its gone for good.
One way you will know if you are on an OLD page is that it will end with .html  This you do not want to be on, you want a page that does not have this.
