East Iroquoia Falls

East Iroquoia Falls is considered a Terraced Ribbon Falls. Its source is the east side of the Iroquoia Conservation Area, which drains into a small ravine that has an outlet at the top of this falls. It experiences its strongest flow during heavy rainfalls and winter snow melt. East Iroquoia Falls measures 20 metres (66 feet) in height and has a crest width of 1.2 metres (4 feet).

How to get there

East Iroquoia Falls is visible from Hwy 403 as you drive upbound and is the second waterfall (after Lower Princess Falls) that one encounters along this route. However, most people miss this waterfall because leaves on the abutting trees block the view.

Currently there is no safe way to view this waterfall up close as it is located behind the large rock protection fence and there is no place to pull over on the highway.
