Excerpt from The Hamilton Spectator:
“Local waterfall enthusiast and businessman Chris Ecklund is taking his campaign to brand Hamilton as the “waterfall capital of the world” to a new level.Ecklund is inviting Hamiltonians to submit photos from trips or family excursions to the city’s falls in a contest to decorate his four Mercedes-Benz cars.
“It’s really going to make a statement because nobody wraps Mercedes,” Ecklund said as he announced the contest last week near Albion Falls.”
So here are the details…
THE CHALLENGE:
Submit a photograph of one of our many Waterfalls in the City of Hamilton.
We will only accept images through email. You may send an image of a minimum resolution of 72 dpi saved as .jpeg. Images that are selected will be contacted and asked for a higher resolution which will be then be used for print. Images used are then property of City of Waterfalls Inc.
Submissions need to be your own.
Email submissions to: contest@cityofwaterfalls.ca
Include your First, last name, name of Waterfall and approx. when the photo was taken in the body of the email.
