Lower Fruitland Falls is a Talus Ribbon Cascade located
on the Fruitland Creek. Its height is 6 metres (20 feet) and
its width is 2.4 metres (8 feet). Its flow is strongest during
peak storms and the seasonal snow melt.

History

Lower Fruitland Falls was first mentioned on the website
belonging to Mark Harris from about 2002/2003.

How to get there

Lower Fruitland Falls is located about 1 km east of Dewitt
Rd. on the north side of the railway tracks. Be careful walking
along the tracks as trains do go by. It is also a difficult
climb down the escarpment to view this waterfall, so be careful.
